PROMINENT DEMOCRAT CAUGHT IN MONEY LAUNDERING SCANDAL

Florida congressman and Barack Obama Florida campaign chairman Democrat Robert Wexler has allegedly filed 25 amended FEC reports in the days immediately following Bill O’Reilly busting him in front of his Maryland home on camera.

Robert Wexler’s opponent Edward Lynch seems to have a compelling argument that there is much more to this story that needs to be revealed. Wexler’s campaign allegedly submitted 25 amended FEC reports between 7/23/08 (one day after O’Reilly busted him) and 7/30/08.

Obama funded extremist Afrocentrists who shared Rev. Wright’s anti-Americanism

Stanley Kurtz reports

It looks like Jeremiah Wright was just the tip of the iceberg. Not only did Barack Obama savor Wright’s sermons, Obama gave legitimacy — and a whole lot of money — to education programs built around the same extremist anti-American ideology preached by Reverend Wright. And guess what? Bill Ayers is still palling around with the same bitterly anti-American Afrocentric ideologues that he and Obama were promoting a decade ago. All this is revealed by a bit of digging, combined with a careful study of documents from the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, the education foundation Obama and Ayers jointly led in the late 1990s.

John McCain, take note. Obama’s tie to Wright is no longer a purely personal question (if it ever was one) about one man’s choice of his pastor. The fact that Obama funded extremist Afrocentrists who shared Wright’s anti-Americanism means that this is now a matter of public policy, and therefore an entirely legitimate issue in this campaign.

Read the whole article … it’s long and eye-opening.

Obama’s Third Fundraising Arm

WASHINGTON — On July 11, the Obama operation created an additional new fund-raising arm that has been fund-raising below the radar, in a drive to collect and funnel money to Democratic parties in 18 key battleground states to register voters and turn out the vote for Barack Obama and down ticket Democratic contests.

The “Committee for Change” just as “Obama for America” and the “Obama Victory Fund” — is part of the effort to elect Obama. By forming a third committee, the Obama campaign can go to donors who have given the maximum under federal contribution limits imposed on the first two committees but have not totally “maxed out.” A similar set-up was in place in 2004 for the Kerry campaign.

On Friday in Chicago, the featured speakers at a “Committee for Change” fund-raiser are Joe Rospars, the Obama campaign new media director and Mike Slaby, the technology director for the campaign, with national headquarters on Michigan Avenue. A ticket goes for $500; with co-chairs having to raise or donate $25,000.

One of the co-hosts: Robert Blackwell Jr., a longtime Obama friend, businessman and ping pong “Killerspin” magnate. In April, the Los Angeles Times revealed that Blackwell was an $8,000-a-month Obama legal client (before election to the Senate) and that Obama later wrote a letter for Blackwell for a state grant.

My beef: While the names of the donors giving to this Committee for Change of course are reported — $1.89 million raised according to a September filing — its fund-raising activities have been done out of sight. The Obama campaign has championed transparency, and “they should not shy away from telling the public what they are doing,” said Chris Holman, the campaign finance lobbyist for Public Citizen.

From Obama-Biden spokesman Nick Shapiro: “The Campaign for Change is a state party-based voter registration and GOTV project working to elect Senator Obama as well as benefit the entire Democratic ticket in each state. CFC will work to harness the enthusiasm of Obama’s grass-roots-level supporters and organize them in communities across the state — neighbor to neighbor, friend to friend and colleague to colleague — working for the benefit of Democratic candidates up and down the ticket.”

Credit Card Fraud for Obama

Check your statements, people! Of course, I would notice if a $2,300 debit was shown but who knows if they may fraud you out of $10, $20 …

A North Kansas City couple has been left scratching their heads after they became the victims of a political scam.

Steve and Rachel Larman say a strange credit card charge appeared on their statement this month — a $2300 donation to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. The Larman’s say they don’t want this to be about their political affiliation, but they say they’re not about to give the Obama campaign any help from their pocketbook.

They said they notified Chase, their credit card bank, to report the fraud.

“(They) said that they had seen-they were familiar with this,” said Steve Larman. “It was fraud, they believe through telemarketing but they were going to be doing some more investigations.”

The Larman’s don’t want their politics to enter into what is essentially just a fraudulent charge. But they say that the charge involves the Obama campaign adds insult to injury for the registered Republicans.

“They (Chase) kept on asking me ‘are you sure you wouldnt have gone to a site in support of Obama’,” said Rachel Larman. “And I repeatedly said ‘Im voting for McCain - I would not be going to an Obama site’.”

Chase dropped the charge from the Larman’s card. The couple is thankful thay they caught the charge on the card, but worried that others may not see that type of fraud on their own credit cards before it’s too late.

Obama Already in 8th Grade Text Book Published by Supporter

From Realdebatewisconsin:
This comes from the mother of a Racine Unified School District 8th grader. She has asked to keep her name out of this but frankly I can’t add much to what she has said here but I do have one question. Did the teacher give equal time and a fair discussion about John McCain and his “life of service”? I think I already know the answer to that question. This is not education folks, this is indoctrination.

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

My 8th grade son is in an advanced English class at a public middle school here in Racine, Wisconsin. I just found out that my son’s new (copyright 2008) Wisconsin - McDougal Littell Literature book has 15 pages covering Barack Obama.

I was shocked - No John McCain, no Hillary Clinton, no George Bush - Just Barack Obama. I’m wondering how it is that Obama’s story gets put into an 8th grade literature book? It would be one thing, if it was just the tidbit about his boyhood days, but 15 pages, and they talk about his “Life of Service”. Honestly, what has Obama really done to be included in this book? Not only that, but on page 847 there is a photo of Obama at the 2004 Democratic Convention with at least 8 Obama signs in the background! Front & center is an www.obama2004.com sign.

Now I understand that many teachers are liberals, but does the school have the right to shove Obama down our kid’s throats? All the kids grouped together and read the story. After that, they discussed it… I guess it appears that Obama is planning ahead. If he doesn’t get his coveted Presidency, Obama is going to make sure, that the younger generations know all about him, and his “life of service”.

If you would like to see the 15 page story on Obama, it appears that you can order this book online. There is a note in the book that says, For more on Barack Obama, visit the Literature Center at www.ClassZone.com The book is: Wisconsin - 8th grade - McDougal Littell Literature - copyright 2008. The Obama story starts on page 830. I hope you will take the time to look at this book. I’m really angry about this - In fact, I would love to rip the pages right out of this book.

By the way, you might find this interesting: I did a little checking on McDougal Littell, and it appears that MCDOUGAL, ALFRED L CHICAGO , IL 60611 - N/A/RETIRED has been making contributions to Barack Obama’s campaign!

I found that information on this website.

Now I’m not an expert at these things (just a PTA mom), but It looks to me like Alfred McDougal is connected to McDougal Littell the same company that publishes the 8th grade textbook that has 15 pages on Obama. Like I said, I’m not an expert, but I’m sure you have someone who can delve into the dirty little details.

I guess my question is: Is it ethical for an Obama supporter to publish an educational book which has a 15 page Barrack Obama story in it? If the tax payers are paying for these books, why is it okay for McDougal Littell to promote Obama? This really bothers me. I would have no problem with it, if Obama had actually done something important. Why is Obama being put up on a pedestal, before he actually wins the pedestal? All I can say, is we can thank the liberal media, and now the liberal book publishers. Thanks to them, I’m sure there are probably thousands of these books all across the United States.

Great question, and the answer is no, it is not ethical.
